What exactly does inrelay do?

inrelay is the connective tissue between product intake and engineering execution. What is a "Handoff Pack"?

It is a structured, context-rich bundle for a coherent unit of delivery work. It includes approved product context, Delivery Plan detail, confirmed repository scope, repo/docs refinement findings, blueprint context when required, acceptance criteria, open questions, and testing notes for a human engineer or AI coding agent.

How secure is our data and source code?

Security is foundational to inrelay. We operate on a strict principle of least privilege:

  • We only access the specific Slack channels and GitHub repositories you explicitly authorize.
  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
  • Crucially: Your proprietary code, PRDs, and internal communications are never used to train public LLM models.

Does inrelay automatically modify our GitHub code or publish Linear tickets?

No. inrelay operates with strict human-in-the-loop checkpoints. You review PRDs, Delivery Plans, Handoff Pack repository scope, and any blueprint gates. inrelay may prepare packs automatically when configured, but external publishing remains explicit by default.
